A product consultant and fractional Head of Product based in Amsterdam.
For the past 7+ years, I've built and scaled products across B2B SaaS, marketplaces, and AI. From government-grade software at IBM to messy 0→1 launches at startups, I've seen both the structure of corporates and the speed (and chaos) of early-stage teams.
What excites me most? The high-impact moments: shipping that first MVP, iterating toward product–market fit, and guiding teams through uncertainty with clarity and focus.

What Drives Me
12 years of Shito-ryu karate taught me resilience, focus, and getting back up after failure. That discipline shaped how I approach 0→1 product building.
After years in scale-ups, I realized founders needed someone who's been through 0→1 chaos, not just theory. I work with equally ambitious founders who refuse to get stuck.
